1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we may only accept returns if the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days after delivery.
To request a return, contact us at help@getflovera.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law. Returned products must be safely packaged; we are not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.
2. When We Provide a Refund
We may provide a refund if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product was defective.
- We are legally required to provide a refund.
- We approve a return under this Refund Policy.
3. When a Refund May Be Denied
Refunds may be denied if:
- The product has been opened or used.
- The return period has expired.
- The order was delayed due to customs, courier, or postal issues outside our control.
- The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete.
- The parcel was refused or unclaimed.
- You changed your mind after the order was processed.
- The product was purchased under a final sale or non-refundable promotion.
- The product was damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at help@getflovera.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a photo of the shipping label. If we confirm the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
5. Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are also covered by this Refund Policy and our Subscription Policy. To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription order, cancel before your next billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed, charged, packed, or shipped, it may not be refundable unless required by law or approved under this policy.
6. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. We may issue a partial refund or store credit where appropriate and permitted by law.
7. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with an order, delivery, refund, or payment, please contact us first at help@getflovera.com so we can try to resolve it. Submitting a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.
