Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders at Flovera, operated by Revitae Brands LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Order Processing
After you place an order, we may send an order confirmation email. This confirms we received your order but does not mean it has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, stock limitations, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. Orders are typically processed within a few business days before dispatch.
2. Shipping Origin and Delivery Times
Our products may be shipped from China or other international fulfilment locations. Estimated delivery time is usually 5–10 business days after dispatch, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, where they apply, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offers are subject to the conditions stated with the offer.
4. Delays
Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local postal or courier delays, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete address information, weather, strikes, carrier disruptions, high order volume, security checks or import inspections, and supplier or fulfilment partner delays. We are not liable for delivery delays outside our reasonable control.
5. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges
Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to taxes, VAT, customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. Unless expressly stated at checkout, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees. We are not responsible for delays, seizures, returns, extra charges, or non-delivery caused by customs, import restrictions, unpaid duties, incorrect address information, or local postal issues.
6. Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect address details, missing unit or postal information, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, customs issues, courier restrictions, or address changes made after the order was placed. If an order is returned to sender or lost due to incorrect information you provided, we may require you to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at help@getflovera.com with your order number, full name, shipping address, and any tracking or carrier information. We may investigate with the courier, postal provider, supplier, or fulfilment partner. Resolution may include replacement, store credit, refund, or no action depending on the circumstances. We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier unless required by applicable law, though we may review such cases individually.
8. International Orders
If you order from outside the United States, you are responsible for ensuring the product can legally be imported, purchased, possessed, and used in your country or region, and for complying with all local import and consumer rules. See our Terms of Service for more detail.
