6. Subscription Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, you may:

Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date. If your cancellation request is received after an order has already been processed, charged, packed, or shipped, that order may still be completed and may not be refundable unless required by law or approved under our Refund Policy.
Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring charges. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or recall orders that have already been processed, charged, shipped, or delivered.
We may ask for feedback when you cancel, but we will not require you to purchase another product, accept a new offer, or complete an unreasonable process in order to cancel.
7. Subscription Changes, Pauses, and Skips
