Subscription Policy

It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict, this Subscription Policy applies to subscription-specific matters.

By starting a subscription, you agree to this policy and authorize recurring billing as described below.


1. How Subscriptions Work

A Flovera subscription is a recurring order. When you choose a subscription option at checkout, you select a product, a subscription price, and a delivery frequency. We then automatically prepare, charge, and ship your order at the interval you selected until you cancel.

The exact details of your subscription — product, price, discount, billing frequency, and shipping frequency — are shown to you at checkout and in your confirmation. Those details form part of this policy.

2. Subscription Discount

Subscriptions are offered at a discount off the one-time price, as displayed at checkout. The discount applies to each recurring order for as long as your subscription remains active, unless we clearly state otherwise (for example, for a one-time introductory offer).

We may change subscription pricing for future orders. Where required by law, we will give you notice before a price change affects your subscription, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

3. Billing and Renewal

By starting a subscription, you authorize Flovera, Revitae Brands LLC, and our third-party payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order. Your subscription continues and renews automatically until you cancel it or we terminate it under our Terms.

Each charge may include the product price, shipping, handling, taxes, duties, and other applicable fees. You are responsible for keeping your payment details valid and up to date. We may retry failed payments and may suspend or cancel your subscription if payment fails.

4. Delivery Frequency

You choose your delivery frequency at checkout from the options available for the product (for example, every 1 month or every 3 months). Where available, you can change your frequency from your account or by contacting us before your next billing date.

5. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription by logging in to your customer account, using the management link in your subscription emails where available, or contacting us at help@getflovera.com. Where supported, you may pause, skip, delay, or change upcoming orders.

Changes are only guaranteed if confirmed before your next billing date. If your next order has already been processed, charged, packed, or shipped, the change may only apply to future orders.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, log in to your account and manage your subscription, use the cancellation link in your subscription emails where available, or email us at help@getflovera.com.

Cancellation must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next order. Cancelling stops future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel, refund, or recall an order that has already been processed, charged, packed, or shipped. We will not require you to buy another product or complete an unreasonable process in order to cancel.

7. Trials and Promotional Subscriptions

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, any trial or promotional subscription automatically renews at the regular subscription price after the trial or promotional period ends. You must cancel before that period ends if you do not want to be charged for the next period.

8. Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy. Once an order has been processed, charged, packed, or shipped, it may not be cancellable or refundable unless required by law or approved under our Refund Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. For active subscriptions, updated terms may apply to future renewals unless prohibited by applicable law.
